JOHN C. HIGH - SALES AND MARKETING

 

John is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Centris. He has extensive experience leading the affiliate sales teams for some of the leading entertainment and technology companies supporting the cable television industry.  John is highly regarded for his outstanding consultative sales approach and the ability to fully understand client needs.

 

John joins Centris from TV Guide Network where he was Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales.  At TV Guide John led the network’s transition from a guidance tool to a programming network, converting over 40% of the network’s subscribers to the new full-screen programming version.

 

Prior to TV Guide, John was Executive Vice President for Visiware North America, a subsidiary of Visiware S.A, a worldwide leader in the interactive TV field.  John led the company’s introduction into the North American market and helped deploy cutting-edge interactive TV applications with Bell Canada, Dish Network, and Time Warner Cable.

 

John began his career at Home Box Office, the leading premium television network.  John held a series of increasingly responsible sales roles for the company, rising to the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager for the $500 Million Comcast account.

 

John holds a BA degree and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and he attended the CTAM Executive Management Program at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
