Centris analytics consists of the integration of a number of databases used to model and project household behaviors. Centris models are unique in that they incorporate local information into the modeling process as well as external constraints to yield comprehensive, consistent and accurate estimates of household demand for communication, video and data services and the demand for household electronics and systems. Centris analytic data is available through the Centris online portal.
This portal can be used to:
- Monitor the growth and profile the customers of new technologies such as DBS, web appliances, DVD, etc.
- Track cannibalization of various delivery modes, in terms of hardware and content
- Segment households by content consumption relative to mix, usage and availability
- Identify seasonality of purchase and activity while evaluating the impact of other factors such as marketing campaigns, individual title releases and competitive offerings
